Six questions before anything carries the UNBOUNDED™ name.
The Standard is the quality discipline applied across Circuit Access, institutional programmes, publications, partnerships and other ecosystem activity. It asks whether an activity has a real purpose, the right people, a credible process, a useful output, institutional integrity and a method of review.

Why does this exist?
What real cross-border question, decision, requirement or institutional need does the activity address?
02 / PEOPLE
Who must be involved?
Does the room contain the stakeholder mix, expertise and decision authority needed for the stated purpose?
03 / PROCESS
How will the work happen?
Is there a credible method, format, preparation standard and facilitation discipline?
04 / OUTPUT
What remains afterwards?
Will the activity produce a useful note, decision, connection, requirement pathway or continuing agenda?
05 / INTEGRITY
What must be protected?
Independence, confidentiality, accurate status, professional boundaries and freedom from purchased outcomes.
06 / REVIEW
Did it actually work?
Was the stated purpose achieved, and what should be improved, continued or stopped?
02 / THE POINT
Prestige is not a substitute for quality.
A large room can fail the Standard. A small room can satisfy it completely. The measure is whether the right work happened with the right people, process and integrity.
03 / APPLYING THE STANDARD
The same six questions govern very different forms of activity.
Information quality.
Source, date, status, verification, usefulness and review expectations must be clear.
Authority quality.
The relevant institution must have the mandate, governance and approved responsibility for what it presents.
Document quality.
Version, approval, authority, archive status and corrections should remain traceable.
04 / NO PURCHASED OUTCOME
Money may purchase an approved relationship or product. It cannot purchase institutional truth.
Payment cannot create false expertise, automatic Access placement, a Hosted/Led label, a governance decision, neutral independence, professional suitability or an unearned official status.
The Standard protects the name by protecting the work.
The Charter defines the institutional boundaries within which that work takes place.
