TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR WONE GLOBAL EVENTS, PROGRAMS, AND CONFERENCES

1. Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions govern all events, programs, and conferences (“the Conference”) organized by WONE GLOBAL (comprising WLA, World Law Alliance, and World One Alliance, hereinafter referred to as “Organizer” or “WONE GLOBAL”).

By accessing or using the WONE GLOBAL event website, registering, or attending as a participant, speaker, exhibitor, sponsor, or in any other capacity, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not accept these terms, you must not access the event website or participate in any WONE GLOBAL events.

2. Privacy Policy & Data Protection

By registering for or attending any event organized by WONE GLOBAL, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to the Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data. Your continued participation constitutes acceptance of these terms.

3. Event Content, Recording & Use of Media

a. By attending, speaking, exhibiting, or otherwise participating in a WONE GLOBAL event, you grant the Organizer the irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free right to record, use, reproduce, modify, distribute, publish, and publicly display any content, photographs, videos, audio recordings, written submissions, or media captured during the event for promotional, marketing, and educational purposes.

b. Participants, speakers, exhibitors, and attendees waive any rights to approve, review, or claim compensation for the use of such media.

c. Unauthorized recording, streaming, reproduction, or distribution of any part of the event (including sessions, panels, or presentations) by attendees is strictly prohibited.

4. Registration & Attendance

a. Registration Requirement: All participants must register through the official registration channels provided by WONE GLOBAL. Incomplete or false information may result in cancellation of registration without notice.

b. Right to Refuse or Revoke Attendance: WONE GLOBAL reserves the absolute right, at its sole discretion, to accept, decline, revoke, or cancel any registration or attendance for any reason, without liability.

c. No Transfer of Registrations or Tickets: Tickets, registrations, and passes are non-transferable and can only be used by the individual who registered. Any attempt to sell, exchange, or transfer tickets may result in immediate cancellation without refund.

d. Code of Conduct: All attendees, speakers, sponsors, and exhibitors must adhere to the WONE GLOBAL Code of Conduct, which prohibits harassment, discrimination, disruptive behavior, or any actions that may negatively impact the integrity of the event.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

a. All trademarks, logos, branding, event content, presentations, research materials, and proprietary information related to WONE GLOBAL events are the sole property of the Organizer unless otherwise stated.

b. Unauthorized reproduction, modification, distribution, or use of WONE GLOBAL event materials without explicit written consent is strictly prohibited.

c. Participants may not use the event name, logo, or branding for any promotional, commercial, or personal purposes without prior written approval.

6. Limitation of Liability & Disclaimer

a. Event Changes & Cancellation: The Organizer reserves the right to modify, reschedule, or cancel any part of an event, including speakers, schedules, venues, or formats, at any time due to unforeseen circumstances. No refunds, compensation, or liability will be provided for such changes.

b. Assumption of Risk: By attending any WONE GLOBAL event, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation, including but not limited to travel risks, accommodations, personal injury, property loss, illness, or other unforeseen circumstances.

c. No Guarantees or Warranties: WONE GLOBAL makes no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy, effectiveness, or applicability of the content presented at events. Participation is at the attendee’s own risk.

d. Indemnification: Participants agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless WONE GLOBAL, its organizers, affiliates, and sponsors from any and all claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from participation in the event, use of the website, or violation of these terms.

7. NO CANCELLATION, NO REFUND POLICY

a. All event registrations, tickets, and sponsorships are strictly non-refundable, non-cancellable, and non-transferable.

b. No exceptions will be made for personal circumstances, including but not limited to illness, travel restrictions, schedule conflicts, force majeure events (natural disasters, government restrictions, global emergencies), or dissatisfaction with event content.

c. If an event is rescheduled or moved to a virtual format, registrations will be honored for the new date, and no refunds will be provided.

d. Chargeback Prohibition: Any attempts to dispute or chargeback payments for the event will be considered fraudulent and may result in legal action.

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

a. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of New Delhi, India.

b. Any disputes arising from these terms or participation in the event shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi, India.

9. Amendments to Terms & Conditions

WONE GLOBAL reserves the right to update, modify, or revise these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Participants are encouraged to review these terms periodically. Continued participation in events constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.
