Savino is a distinguished lawyer and executive with 25+ years’ experience in legal and compliance areas gained in outstanding international law firms and multinational groups in the global banking and financial industry.
He is a well-recognized expert in the areas of Corporate Governance, M&A, Banking and Regulatory Compliance, Commercial contracts and Litigation and since 2022 he is Of Counsel at the law firm Pavesio e Associati with Negri-Clementi where he is following regulatory compliance and fintech project with particular reference to cybersecurity and AI in banking.
Previously he has held senior executive positions in AAA Bank, a JV between the Dutch banking group ABN AMRO and the Italian Banca Antoniana Popolare Veneta, GE Capital Global Banking Italy, banking and finance division of the General Electric Group and Banco Santander Group’s consumer division in Italy, where he was also Board Member of Santander Consumer Finanzia, Santander Consumer Unifin and Santander Consumer Finance Media, and, lastly, in Cedacri Group, top ICT provider focused on the development of outsourcing solutions to fintech, banks, financial institutions and industrial companies.
