This notice explains which technologies may be used, why they are used and how you can control optional cookies.
What cookies are
Cookies and similar technologies are small data files or browser-storage mechanisms used to operate websites, remember preferences, support security, understand usage and provide selected features.
Strictly necessary technologies
Some technologies are needed for core functions such as security, session management, load balancing, consent settings, account sign-in and protection against misuse. Where legally permitted, these may operate without optional consent because the requested service cannot function properly without them.
Preference technologies
Preference technologies may remember language, timezone, display choices, followed filters or other settings so users do not need to select them again. My Circuit™ and authenticated preferences should be stored in the user account where appropriate rather than relying solely on browser storage.
Analytics
Analytics may be used to understand aggregate website use, performance, navigation and errors. Where applicable law requires consent for non-essential analytics, those technologies should remain disabled until the user has provided the required consent.
Marketing technologies
If UNBOUNDED uses marketing or advertising technologies, their purpose, provider and consent basis are identified through the active cookie settings interface.
Third-party services
Embedded media, analytics, authentication or external service providers may set or receive technologies according to their role. The live cookie settings interface should identify material third parties in use at the time.
Managing cookies
Users can manage available non-essential categories through Cookie Settings and can also use browser controls to block, delete or limit cookies. Blocking necessary technologies may affect sign-in, preferences or website functionality.
Retention
Different technologies persist for different periods. Session technologies expire when the browser session ends; persistent technologies remain for a defined period or until deleted. The cookie inventory states applicable durations where available.
Updates
This Notice should be updated when material website technologies or providers change. The current website configuration and Cookie Settings interface should be treated as the operational source for active categories.

Preferences

Marketing
Any advertising or campaign measurement technologies, if used, should be separately identified and controllable.

The cookie inventory reflects the technologies currently in use.
A generic notice is not a substitute for a current inventory. The live Cookie Settings interface should identify material technologies, providers, purposes, categories and durations.
The cookie settings used on the website should match this notice.
When a new analytics, authentication, embedded-media or marketing provider is added, the inventory should be updated.
When a provider is removed, the public inventory is updated accordingly.
Consent records should be handled according to applicable law and the technical implementation in use.
Where required, Cookie Settings lets you revisit non-essential choices.
