The terms governing the website, Annual Standing and participation.

Last updated: [DATE OF LEGAL APPROVAL]

Draft for legal review

This page is a comprehensive working draft. Replace all bracketed fields, confirm the operating entity and jurisdictions, and obtain professional legal review before publication.

1. Parties and acceptance

These Terms are entered into between you and [FULL LEGAL ENTITY NAME], incorporated in [JURISDICTION] with registered office at [ADDRESS] (“UNBOUNDED”, “we”, “us” or “our”). By using the website, submitting an application, accepting Annual Standing, registering for an event or using a service, you agree to the applicable provisions of these Terms and any incorporated policies.

2. The UNBOUNDED ecosystem

UNBOUNDED is an integrated participation, access and assistance environment connecting independent constituent institutions and professional communities. Constituent institutions retain their own legal identities, governance, mandates, services and terms. UNBOUNDED does not become a party to a professional engagement merely because it identifies, lists, introduces or facilitates contact with a person, practice or institution.

3. Eligibility and applications

Applications are no-obligation until accepted and paid. We may request additional information, conduct proportionate professional and reputational checks, decline or defer an application, impose conditions, or withdraw an offer before activation. No reason need be provided where disclosure would be inappropriate, confidential or unlawful.

4. Annual Standing

Annual Standing is a 12-month participation and service relationship for one named senior professional. It is not an ownership interest, partnership, employment relationship, regulated professional qualification, governmental appointment or guarantee of exclusivity.

4.1 Standard fee

USD 1,995 annually, plus applicable taxes, charges or currency-conversion costs.

4.2 Founding fee

USD 1,495 for the first 100 accepted Standing Holders or until 30 September 2026, whichever occurs first, unless withdrawn or extended in writing.

4.3 Instalments

USD 199 per month for 12 months. This is an instalment facility for a full annual commitment, not a cancellable month-to-month subscription. Failure of an instalment may result in suspension, acceleration of the outstanding balance, recovery costs and termination, subject to applicable law and the final payment terms.

4.4 Activation

Standing is activated after acceptance, agreement to the applicable terms and cleared payment or approved instalment arrangement.

5. Included core

Subject to these Terms and published service standards, Annual Standing includes:

  • one named Standing Holder;
  • one standard place at the Annual Global Assembly of Leaders;
  • four standard Leaders Concierge requests during the Standing year;
  • two curated professional-engagement cycles, subject to relevance, availability and mutual interest;
  • one principal National Professional Delegation;
  • up to two priority Global Business Corridors;
  • dashboard access and an Annual Standing Record;
  • access to relevant parts of the selective Annual Programme;
  • eligibility for selected contribution opportunities; and
  • access to the published Constituent Privileges Schedule.

6. Leaders Concierge

A standard request is one reasonably defined cross-border requirement involving a specified objective, jurisdiction, discipline, institution, corridor or professional need. Requests do not include unlimited research, repeated re-scoping, ongoing project management, legal or tax advice, client due diligence, mass outreach or guaranteed introductions.

We may decline, defer, narrow, combine or convert a request into a separately scoped Priority Project. Identification of a person, practice, institution or resource is not endorsement or a warranty of competence, availability, independence, conflicts status or suitability.

7. Professional engagements

Any professional engagement arising from the ecosystem is entered into directly between the relevant parties under separate terms. Each participant must conduct its own due diligence, conflict checks, regulatory checks and engagement process. UNBOUNDED is not liable for the advice, acts, omissions, fees or outcomes of an independent participant or institution.

8. Annual Global Assembly - Barcelona 2026

The 2026 Annual Global Assembly is scheduled for 14-15 August 2026 at Hyatt Regency Barcelona Tower, Avinguda de la Gran Via 144, L’Hospitalet de Llobregat, 08907 Barcelona, Spain. Dates, rooms, agenda, faculty, hospitality and operational arrangements may be reasonably changed where necessary.

The included standard place covers the published standard Assembly programme and expressly stated standard hospitality. It does not include travel, accommodation, visas, insurance, optional dinners, guest programmes, private rooms, upgrades or additional seats.

9. Event cancellation, transfer and force majeure

Subject to final legal approval, the recommended policy is:

  • more than 90 days before the Assembly: the standard seat may be transferred to an approved colleague or carried once to the next equivalent Assembly;
  • 45-90 days before the Assembly: transfer to an approved colleague only;
  • less than 45 days before the Assembly: no refund, credit or carry-forward;
  • documented visa refusal following a timely and complete application: one approved transfer or future Assembly credit may be offered at our discretion;
  • travel, accommodation and third-party costs remain the participant’s responsibility.

We may postpone, relocate, modify or cancel an event due to force majeure, safety, public-health, venue, travel, governmental, technical or other circumstances beyond reasonable control. Our liability will be limited to the remedies expressly stated in the final event terms and applicable law.

10. Transfers and substitution of Standing Holder

Annual Standing may be transferred once to another suitably senior professional within the same organisation, subject to approval, completion of onboarding and payment of any reasonable administrative cost. Transfer may be refused after material service usage, after the Assembly place is used, or where suitability requirements are not met.

11. Renewal, expiry and suspension

Standing expires after 12 months unless renewed. Renewal is not automatic unless expressly agreed. We may suspend access for non-payment, misuse, security concerns, investigation, breach, legal risk or conduct inconsistent with Participation Principles. Suspension does not necessarily pause payment obligations.

12. Cancellation and refunds

Subject to mandatory consumer law, Annual Standing fees are non-refundable after activation because access, reservation, onboarding and capacity are allocated immediately. Where a statutory cooling-off right applies, the final checkout process should obtain any lawful request to begin performance during that period and explain the consequences.

13. Contributions, publications and speaking

Annual Standing creates eligibility and visibility, not an entitlement to speak, publish, appear in a podcast, join a working group, receive an award or hold any role. Selection is based on expertise, relevance, editorial judgment, programme requirements, diversity of perspective and availability. Separate contributor releases or licences may apply.

14. Profiles, communications and directory use

You must provide accurate information and keep it current. You may not scrape, export, resell or use participant information for indiscriminate solicitation. Contact must be relevant, proportionate, permission-based and compliant with law and professional conduct duties.

15. Confidentiality

Participants must respect information identified as confidential or which should reasonably be understood as confidential. The ecosystem should not be used to transmit privileged, highly sensitive or client-identifying information unless an approved secure process and appropriate terms are in place.

16. Intellectual property

UNBOUNDED and related names, marks, designs, site content, programme formats, materials and databases are owned by or licensed to the relevant rights holder. Limited personal use does not transfer ownership. You grant the permissions necessary to host and display content you submit for the agreed service and separately agreed editorial uses.

17. Acceptable use

You must not engage in unlawful activity, harassment, discrimination, impersonation, misrepresentation, malware, automated extraction, credential sharing, unauthorised recording, infringement, spam, reputational abuse or conduct that threatens the ecosystem or its participants.

18. Third-party services

Payment processors, venues, hotels, constituent institutions, software providers and other third parties operate under their own terms. We are not responsible for their independent services except to the extent required by applicable law or an express written commitment.

19. Disclaimers

Annual Standing provides structured professional access, assistance and participation. It does not guarantee referrals, instructions, mandates, appointments, introductions, responses, publication, speaking opportunities, awards, commercial outcomes or participation in a particular programme or role. The website and services do not constitute legal, tax, accounting, investment or other regulated professional advice.

20. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, indirect, important, special, punitive and loss-of-profit or loss-of-opportunity damages are excluded. The aggregate contractual liability of UNBOUNDED should be capped at the fees paid by the affected participant during the preceding 12 months, except where liability cannot lawfully be limited, including fraud, wilful misconduct, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or mandatory statutory rights. Counsel must tailor this clause to the governing law and entity structure.

21. Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, a business participant should indemnify UNBOUNDED against third-party claims and reasonable costs arising from unlawful use, content supplied by the participant, breach of confidentiality, infringement, unauthorised solicitation or breach of these Terms. Counsel should confirm scope and enforceability.

22. Data protection

Personal data is handled under the Privacy Notice, Cookie Notice and applicable event or service notices.

23. Changes

We may make reasonable changes to services or these Terms. Material adverse changes affecting an active paid term should be notified and should not remove the essential paid core without an appropriate remedy.

24. Notices

Notices may be sent electronically to the latest contact details. Legal notices to UNBOUNDED should be sent to [LEGAL EMAIL] and [REGISTERED ADDRESS].

25. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of [SELECT GOVERNING JURISDICTION]. Courts of [CITY/JURISDICTION] will have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to mandatory rights and any final arbitration or mediation clause adopted after legal advice.

26. General

If a provision is invalid, the remainder continues. Failure to enforce is not waiver. Assignment by a participant requires consent; UNBOUNDED may assign in connection with restructuring or transfer of the business. These Terms, the accepted application, commercial terms and incorporated policies form the agreement.
