About these Terms

These Terms govern access to and use of the UNBOUNDED™ public website and public digital content. Separate terms may apply to Annual Standing, institutional relationships, Access participation, professional engagements, paid products, Assembly participation, account services or other specific programmes.

No professional advice

Website content, Circuit Intelligence, publications, Access descriptions and institutional materials are general information unless expressly stated otherwise. They do not constitute legal, tax, accounting, investment, regulatory, medical or other regulated professional advice and should not be treated as a substitute for advice from appropriately qualified professionals.

No professional engagement

Visiting the website, submitting an enquiry, requesting Access, creating an account, following an Access or submitting a Business Requirement does not by itself create a lawyer-client, accountant-client, advisor-client, arbitrator-party, mediator-party or other professional engagement. Any professional engagement must be separately agreed with the relevant provider.

No guaranteed outcomes

UNBOUNDED does not guarantee referrals, professional instructions, appointments, introductions, investments, transactions, market-entry success, Access acceptance, publication, recognition, speaking roles or other commercial outcomes from participation or relationship status.

Access and eligibility

Some Access may be open, qualified, invited, capacity-limited or relevance-based. UNBOUNDED may accept, decline, redirect, waitlist or limit participation where reasonably necessary for purpose, capacity, suitability, conflicts, security, conduct or institutional integrity.

Business Requirements

Users should provide accurate high-level information and avoid unnecessary confidential or privileged material through public forms. UNBOUNDED may review and route a requirement but is not obliged to identify a suitable provider, investor, partner or transaction next step.

Third-party professionals and institutions

Constituent institutions, participating firms, professionals, investors, governments, associations and other third parties remain independent unless expressly stated otherwise. UNBOUNDED does not automatically endorse or guarantee their suitability, availability, advice or performance.

Intellectual property

UNBOUNDED names, marks, programme names, website design, text, publications and other protected material may not be copied, republished, adapted or commercially used except as permitted by law or written permission. Fair quotation and linking should preserve source and status.

Acceptable use

Users must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with security, submit unlawful or misleading material, impersonate others, scrape protected personal data, abuse participation routes or use UNBOUNDED names to imply unapproved institutional status.

Accuracy and changes

UNBOUNDED aims to keep public information current but cannot guarantee that every page is complete or error-free at every moment. Programmes, Access details, roles, prices, policies and institutional materials may change; controlled official documents should be used where status matters.

Links and external websites

The website may link to constituent institutions and other third-party sites. Their content, security, privacy and terms are governed independently unless expressly stated otherwise.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, UNBOUNDED is not responsible for losses arising solely from reliance on general website content, third-party conduct, unavailable services, independent professional decisions or events outside reasonable control. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Governing arrangements

Specific agreements may specify governing law, dispute resolution and contractual entities. Public website use should not be interpreted as overriding those separate terms. Where a mandatory consumer or data-protection rule applies, it remains unaffected.
