Who this notice covers
Visitors, business contacts, session participants, applicants, Standing holders, institutional contacts, professionals, contributors and others whose personal information is handled through UNBOUNDED websites and services.
Information we may collect
Depending on the relationship: name, business contact details, organisation, title, jurisdictions, professional profile, participation preferences, session requests, Business Requirement details, correspondence, account settings, Assembly participation, website usage and the records needed to run an institutional relationship.
Sensitive and confidential information
Do not send unnecessary confidential, privileged, special-category or highly sensitive information through ordinary forms. Where a requirement needs it, a secure channel is agreed first. UNBOUNDED does not need the full matter to understand an initial business objective.
Why information is used
To respond to enquiries; run sessions, My Circuit™, Standing and institutional relationships; route Business Requirements; send communications you asked for; keep records; protect security; improve the website; and meet legal obligations.
Legal bases and consent
The legal basis depends on the relationship and the jurisdiction: consent, steps before a contract, an agreement, legitimate interests, legal obligations or another lawful basis. Where consent is the basis, it can be withdrawn for the future.
Sharing and professional independence
Information may be shared with UNBOUNDED personnel, service providers and the relevant institutions where the purpose requires it. An introduction may require sharing with an independent firm, only where appropriate to your request. That firm then handles it under its own responsibilities.
International transfers
UNBOUNDED is global, so information may be handled outside your home jurisdiction, with the contractual, organisational or legal safeguards the law requires.
Retention
Information is kept only as long as the purpose, record, legal obligation, security need, dispute, archive or agreed relationship requires. Periods differ by record type and are set out in our retention schedule, available on request.
Your choices and rights
Depending on the law that applies, you may ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability, withdrawal of consent or information about processing, subject to identity checks and legal exceptions.
Security
Reasonable technical and organisational measures protect personal information. No online system is completely secure, so avoid sending sensitive information through insecure channels.
Contact and complaints
Send privacy questions or requests through the Contact page or to contact@unboundedglobal.com. You may also complain to a data-protection authority where the law gives that right.
