UNIONE™ is the dispute-resolution institution within the ecosystem. It is designed around the entire lifecycle of a cross-border dispute: before escalation, through arbitral proceedings and into enforceability.
01Contract-stage prevention
Its system includes prevention architecture, institutional arbitration, specialist sector panels, published Rules, emergency procedures, transparent fee structures and pre-award enforceability review. The purpose is not simply to administer a case, but to improve the probability that an outcome will hold where it must ultimately be recognised or enforced.
02Structured resolution
UNBOUNDED may route relevant institutional questions or professional participation toward UNIONE, but Annual Standing does not create panel status, Fellowship, case appointment or party representation. Each requires the relevant UNIONE process.
03Institutional arbitration
Visit the institution’s official website for its current programmes, eligibility criteria, fees and operating terms.
04Enforcement readiness
Shared participation does not erase separate authority: each mandate, credential, appointment or engagement must be entered through the institution that owns it.
