The World Legal Summit Convenes as Part of the Founding Annual Convergence

The World Legal Summit™ today formally commenced its proceedings as part of the Founding Annual Convergence of the UNBOUNDED™ Global Ecosystem, convened through the Barcelona Assembly.
The World Legal Summit™ serves as the principal legal proceeding of the Annual Convergence and provides a dedicated institutional forum through which leaders of the legal profession consider matters relating to international legal practice, cross-border professional cooperation, institutional development and the continued evolution of legal services across jurisdictions.
Convened under the authority of the Barcelona Assembly, the Summit brings together managing partners, founders, senior partners, general counsel, academics, policy contributors and other distinguished members of the international legal community representing jurisdictions from around the world.
Throughout its proceedings, the Summit considers matters relating to:
cross-border legal practice;
international professional cooperation;
corridor-based legal development;
institutional standards;
emerging legal services;
leadership within international legal practice; and
the continuing development of the World Law Alliance™ and the broader UNBOUNDED™ Global Ecosystem.
The proceedings of the World Legal Summit™ form part of the Official Record of Proceedings of the Founding Annual Convergence and contribute to the continuing institutional record established through successive Annual Convergences.
Commenting on the commencement of the proceedings, Krishan Kakkar, President of UNBOUNDED™, said:

The proceedings of the World Legal Summit™ will conclude following completion of the matters scheduled for consideration during the Barcelona Assembly.
