UNIONE™ today formally recognised its Founding Fellows during the Barcelona Assembly, marking an important milestone in the institution’s continuing development.
The Founding Fellows represent experienced arbitrators, mediators, adjudicators, legal practitioners and dispute resolution professionals from multiple jurisdictions who will contribute to the institution’s International Commercial Arbitration Bench and broader professional initiatives.
The recognition acknowledges both professional achievement and a commitment to supporting the continuing development of international commercial dispute resolution through UNIONE™.
The Founding Fellows were welcomed by the Assembly and entered into the Founding Registry.
“Founding Fellows will help shape the future direction of the institution. Their experience and professional commitment will contribute significantly to the development of international commercial dispute resolution,” said Krishan Kakkar.
