The Alliance advances a practice model built on long-term institutional cooperation, professional compatibility and cross-border capability.

The World Law Alliance™ (WLA) reaffirmed its commitment to developing an integrated international practice model through a carefully structured community of independent law firms.
Presented during the Barcelona Assembly, the initiative reflects the Alliance’s continuing objective of supporting international legal practice through institutional cooperation rather than transactional referral relationships.
The model encourages participating firms to engage in continuing collaboration, knowledge exchange, professional development and corridor-based legal practice while maintaining their independent identities within their respective jurisdictions.
The initiative will continue to develop through the Alliance’s international programmes during the forthcoming institutional year.
